Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Knix essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel may only be returned if the protective strips and original packaging remain intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items—ideally in their original reusable mailer—and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
